SUESA has participated in the Women and Industry Conference organized by the FVEM. This year the motto of the event was “Growing from the workshop”.
SUESA was invited because more than 50% of its members are women, while in the industrial sector this percentage is around 18%. Our manager explained the reason for this: “We simply have the workers who best adapt to the requirements of each position.” He also answered questions from both the moderator and the audience.
The contributions of her fellow panelists were very enriching; they helped to make the role of women in the industry more visible and to break down some of the stereotypes that hinder their incorporation into this sector.
