Last December, at its annual Gala held at the Europa Palace in Vitoria, EUSKALIT presented SUESA Electronic Subsets of the Diploma in Advanced Management. During the gala hosted by a prestigious television presenter, several Basque Government councillors presented both the Basque Awards for Advanced Management and the Quality Innovation Awards 2023. EUSKALIT's Advanced Management Model (MGA) addresses excellence in management in six key areas: People, Customers, Innovation, Society, Strategy and Results. EUSKALIT verifies the company's progress in relation to these elements through an external comparison.
During the comparison, the training effort for PEOPLE has been exposed, as well as the Equality Policy, which CEBEK has recognized by awarding SUESA the Enpresan Bardin PYME 2023 Award. On the other hand, the systematic collection of information from CLIENTS has allowed us to better understand their needs so that their level of satisfaction continues to be high.
INNOVATION allows us to advance in continuous improvement. During the last year, the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the company was completed by including the area of mounting, technological solutions have been sought through robotic welding and process inspection cameras. Regarding the SOCIETY element, in addition to complying with all legal requirements with special emphasis on waste management, the company's carbon footprint has been considerably reduced thanks to the photovoltaic panels installed.
These actions have been governed by the annual management plan, the result of STRATEGIC reflection, in which the deployment of objectives and actions, as well as the training plan, have been specified. The positive RESULTS obtained from all of the above are reflected in the corresponding balanced scorecard.
