To this end, independent management was proposed with its own manager and a separate production space.<\/p><p>By 2021, the high voltage transformer assembly activity has been fully consolidated. In order to offer a better service to customers, the next step we are considering is to expand the assembly line, which will allow us to cope with the increase in demand and adjust delivery times. To do this, we have sought the right structure and environment to continue growing.<\/p><p>We have already designated a larger space for its development. The multidisciplinary team of technicians and operators, coordinated by Alberto Vidaurreta of ASENTA, has completed the definition of the plant layout following the principles of Lean Manufacturing.
